Open iPhone Settings, find Eigenvideo, and review its Photos access. With Limited Access, Eigenvideo can show only the videos you allowed. Adjust the selection or grant Full Access, then return to Eigenvideo and refresh.

Keep Eigenvideo open with a reliable internet connection while Photos downloads the original. If preparation stops, restore the connection and try again. Your original remains in Photos.

Reopen Eigenvideo. If compression was interrupted, choose Resume Compression, Delete Compressed Copies, or Keep Current Versions. If the compressed copies are already safely in Photos, choose Replace Originals, Delete Compressed Copies, or Keep Both. Avoid manually deleting either copy in Photos until the recovery is resolved.

Check that the selected videos are still available in Photos and that Eigenvideo has access to them. If a video is stored in iCloud, keep the app open on a reliable connection while Photos prepares it, then try again.

Open Apple Photos and check Recently Deleted. If iCloud Photos is enabled, deletions can affect other devices signed into the same library. Recovery availability is controlled by Photos.

Keep both devices nearby and awake, confirm AirDrop is available, then try again. Cancelling preparation or dismissing the share sheet does not change the original video.
